George Dorsey George is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Edgewood Holdings, LLC., a private investment company which has invested in coal, oil refineries, fertilizers, water, and related logistics. Mr. Dorsey has served in varied senior management roles at Coffeyville Resources, Aquila Energy, Duke Energy, Euro Brokers Incorporated, Associated Metals and Minerals Corporation, Pechiney, and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Dorsey serves as a senior operating advisor to leading private equity funds and participates at the Board level in their portfolio companies.
George originated one of the most lucrative oil refinery deals in history, as he co-invested with Pegasus in the buyout of Coffeyville Resources, an oil refining and nitrogen business in Kansas. Within two years, CR was sold to a group led by Goldman Sachs for over $750 MM at a multiple over 10x on equity.
Mark Sanor Mark was a Partner at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen where he led the M&A team and corporate finance for Russia and the CIS region. Mark has over 15 years of investment banking and legal advisory experience, including at Price Waterhouse and Hahn Loeser & Parks. Mark has a JD degree from University of Michigan Law School. In 2005, Mark founded Chiron Capital, which has advised on private equity transactions, including several deals on behalf of Edgewood Holdings and its investees.
Clay Landry Clay Landry has lectured and advised clients widely on water marketing issues throughout the United States and internationally. He served on the Science Advisory Committee on Instream Flows for the Texas Senate. He also helped establish the Montana Water Trust - a nonprofit organization dedicated to purchasing water for environmental needs and assisted the development of the Oregon Water Trust, the nation's first private nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring stream flows through water acquisitions. In addition, Clay works regularly with private equity and hedge funds in structuring deals and sourcing funds for water development and acquisition projects and was an associate at the Political Economy Research Center (PERC), a public policy research institute that specializes in market approaches to natural resource management.
Kenneth Willig Kenneth Willig is Global Co-chair of the Commercial Practice Group at DLA Piper. The group is composed of the energy, infrastructure, project finance, structured finance, joint ventures and the franchising and distribution practices. He has practiced in the field of international and domestic energy structured and project finance for nearly 30 years utilizing his strong civil and international comparative law background. He has substantial experience in M&A, secured lending transactions, international comparative law, and leveraged leasing, and has represented US and foreign financial institutions providing non- and limited recourse financing under various.
Todd Nalven Todd Nalven is a finance & management executive with over 20 years experience in corporate, advisory & trading environments and senior financial & operational leadership roles between New York and Moscow. Living in Moscow since 1995, he has held senior management roles within the technology development, real estate investment, logistics, retail, financial services and consulting industries including private equity portfolio companies (Tablogix) and investment management companies (Raven Russia). Todd received an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and BA from St. Lawrence University.
